Thursday: Beans...and ? Maybe just beans and rice.
Friday: Hamburgers and Fries, veggies
Saturday: Homemade Pizza
Sunday: not sure yet...maybe corn fritters

Lately I've been eating lots of avocado mango salsa. On eggs, on tacos, with tortilla chips. I might even try it on pizza. It makes everything taste amazing.
