Alb. is not handy to us so I don't go often. I ended up with lots of biscuits, too. Some I will use to make egg cups that we like. Press biscuit into a muffin cup, add an egg (or scramble several and pour into many biscuit cups), then top with veggies, bacon or sausage and cheese.
