Maybe once we get our freezer stocked up, I could aim for a modified version of this - no groceries other than milk, eggs, bread and produce.Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09813812785528714153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3739278362553454729.post-64312777877426297522008-01-19T11:22:00.000-08:002008-01-19T11:22:00.000-08:00I did a freezer/pantry inventory recently and came...I did a freezer/pantry inventory recently and came up with 29 meat meals and probably 10 more meatless ones.

I'm only picking up the essentials for the next month or so.

Now to keep my DH out of the stores - he came home with 3 pks of toilet paper - he thought they were a good price - $2 more each than the 4 pks we bought last week! At least we won't run out any time soon :)Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17342729778890255424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3739278362553454729.post-14903494410448054362008-01-18T21:45:00.000-08:002008-01-18T21:45:00.000-08:00I hope this works out well for you. My three strapping teenage boys were very excited and have eaten us out of house and home this week. Seriously, one of those HUGE cans of cashews from Sam's....GONE....three days! Gosh, who knew that a 15, 16, and 19 year old boys could eat so much! ;)

I want to try and stock up and do the same thing a couple months out of the year. It is easier in the summer to do this for our family.
Blessings,
Vickie@PursuingSimplicityVickiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03325240260667284256noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3739278362553454729.post-57048545545711636402008-01-18T18:33:00.000-08:002008-01-18T18:33:00.000-08:00Good luck! Hope it goes well for you!Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15906047595261211800noreply@blogger.com
