Less than three weeks until we head to North Carolina...we have a LOT to get done before then! Its going to be a busy week, but I love menu planning even when busy because it helps me to be able to plan at least ONE thing!
Breakfasts: cold cereal, oatmeal, toast, eggs, fruit (egg sandwich for me...whole wheat slice of bread with two "fried" eggs or scrambled eggs with veggies and a little meat.
Lunch/snacks: leftovers, hot dogs, pasta, soup, salad (for me), green smoothies (I have a green smoothie pretty much every morning at around 9:30 these days... the girls have some too usually! Usually its frozen bananas, spinach, and one other fruit (berries or pineapple are a fav) plus enough water to make it blend into a smoothie consistency. Filling, a great way to sneak in more veggies and 0 points +!
Monday: White Bean Chicken Chili w/cornbread
Tuesday: Salad (idea from Picabu rest. in Spokane)
Wednesday: Whole Chicken, mashed potatoes, cabbage
Thursday: Thai noodles (with chicken)
Friday: gone to Bremerton
Saturday: gone to Bremerton
Sunday: Clean out the fridge or out to eat
