Wednesday:  Potato, Green Bean and Beef Casserole (using the linked recipe loosely)
Thursday:  Tacos
Friday:  Burgers and Fries (salad)
Saturday:  Baked Spagetti, salad (leftover)
Breakfast:  Cinnamon Rolls in the bread machine, smoothies, eggs, muffins
