Monday: 3 Homemade Pizzas, salad, and oreos! (we have a casual company get-together planned)
Tuesday: Brown Rice with Black Beans Casserole with cornbread
Wednesday: Beef Curry w/ rice
Thursday: Ham n' Cheese Pasta from OrgJunkie
Friday: Pizza Casserole (since we already had pizza once, I thought I would stray from our Friday pizza tradition a little;)
Saturday: Tacos (I might attempt homemade tortillas--didn't do this last week)
Sunday: Fellowships groups and leftovers from the freezer or grilled cheese/soup
Lunches: Leftovers
Snacks: PB granola or veggie sticks, cereal
Breakfasts: Leftover whole wheat coffee cake (so good!) and I will be making whole wheat waffles or pancakes tomorrow morning.
