West African Sweet Potato Soup
This recipe comes from Owlhaven, and since as most of you know we'll be moving to West Africa in the next couple years I thought it would be appropriate to share here! I just finished my second bowl after making it for lunch today...it was yummy, easy and healthy (as well as vegan and gluten free:)!

Gluten free? I may have to give it a try!
I'm pretty sure it is Cathy. It is almost a little sweet with a creamy peanut taste. I haven't tried it on the kiddos since they don't like onions (and I already had planned something else for them) but my mom and I loved it!
