Menu Plan for the week of May 3rd, 2010

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Breakfasts: toast, eggs, eggs in a window, cream of wheat, 60 minute cinnamon rolls, zucchini chocolate chip muffins

Lunches/snacks: leftovers, green smoothies, fruit, cereal,leftover zucchini chocolate chip muffins

Dinners:

Monday: Whole Chicken in the crockpot with carrots, mashed potatoes, onions, rolls (had church dinner on Sunday and brought tuna noodle casserole from scratch instead so didn't get to this last week)

Tuesday: Fettucini Carbonara, stir fried zucchini

Wednesday: Tuna Cheddar Chowder (from Family feasts for $60/week), leftover zucchini
Biscuits

Thursday: Baked Chimichangas (a new favorite...why haven't we ever tried these before??), rice, cooked carrots

Friday: Homemade Easy Pizza and veggie sticks/dip

Saturday: Crockpot BBQ Pork Roast, leftover rice, mixed veggies

Sunday: Pulled Pork Sammies, Leftovers
