Menu Plan for the Week of Nov. 3rd, 2008
We are getting back into the swing of things and adjusting back to our time zone this week! Our trip to North Carolina went well, and I will tell you all more in another post as I get caught up! Here is what's on the menu this week:
Breakfasts: Waffles,eggs, Yogurt, fruit
Lunches: Leftovers
Snacks: fruit, crackers, cottage cheese, yogurt, homemade granola
Dinners:
Monday: Chili and Cornbread with Salad (make extra for Wed.)
Tuesday: Homemade Mac & Cheese w/ peas
Wednesday: Baked Potato Bar with toppings: chili (from Monday), sharp cheddar, sour cream, broccoli and butter
Thursday: Mexican Tortilla Casserole or Chicken Sopa
Friday: Braided Pizza and various raw veggies & dip
Saturday: Greek Spaghetti with homemade garlic bread
Sunday: Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Yum! I love doing baked potato bars, and chili sounds so good now that it's turning colder.
I hadn't thought of doing a baked potato bar, but I think it would be a hit here. Thanks for the idea!
