Even though we've been having a rough week around here (Liv was up every two hours again last night...gah!) I've had decidedly more energy this week than the past month or so! Not sure which of these has done it, or if its the combo of all four, but I'm not going to mess with a good thing! My constant exhaustion has turned to a more manageable kind of tired this week:) Here's what I've been trying:
1) eating more veggies, in particular green smoothies every single day
2) taking those vitamins daily (B vitamin complex, fish oil and a multi)
3) exercise (walking more with Leslie Sansone's videos plus walks outside)
4) iced green tea and water are main main beverages and soda consumption is only once a week
Even if its only my imagination, it sure can't hurt!
