We have a working stove, (but not the outlet to plug it in), a built in microwave (not hooked up/installed yet) and our cupboards are in the process of being modified by my awesome super-handy hubby. Its very exciting, but food prep is still a bit of a challenge. We do our dishes in the bathroom sink and have boxes o' food on the floor. But!! Hubby installed bathroom cabinets last night so food is temporarily going in there (or part of it). So today is organize the stockpile day-which is kinda fun (yes I am a huge dork!)
Dinners:
Monday: Chili (from the freezer) with fritos, cheese and salad
Tuesday: Bacon and Moose Meat burgers (didn't make this last week),
grilled zucchini and fresh tomatoes
Wed.: Soup(using leftovers to make) and homemade bread (am hoping my bread machine works!)
Thurs: BLT's, crackers, tomatoes possibly on the road
Friday: plans for the weekend are still up in the air!
Saturday: " "
Sunday: " "
Breakfasts: cold cereal & milk, PB toast, zucchini bread
Lunches/snacks: leftovers, fruit, cereal, crackers w/cheese or PB, granola bars, cherry tomatoes and ranch
