Menu Plan for the week of 4/18/10

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Breakfasts: hashbrowns, french toast, cold cereal, fruit, whole grain toast w/ peanut butter, oatmeal, eggs

Lunches/snacks: leftovers, green smoothies, fruit, pretzels, hummus & crackers/veggies

Dinners: (many of this week's are inspired by Family Feasts for $75/week by Mary Ostyn, which I received in the mail this week)

Monday: Mexican Tortilla Skillet

Tuesday: Turkey Bacon, Whole Wheat Toast, Hashbrowns, orange slices

Wednesday: Fried Rice, fruit salad

Thursday: White Chicken Chili, Cornbread, green beans

Friday: Pizza Bites (from Rachael Ray mag) and veggie sticks/dip

Saturday: Chicken Strips, Spicy Home Fries, leftover veggie sticks, peas

Sunday: Spinach Cheddar Quiche (crustless)

Thanks Holly! The spicy fries are amazing...we have them several times a month! They are great with a variety of dips too...honey mustard, ketchup, ranch, etc.
