You must spend all $30 in one transaction. Looks like some great deals can be had for this promo if you use a bunch of the Sunsilk coupons which can be found on the Sunsilk Website, or the Tava Coupons from couponbug.com, I believe. The total must reach $30 before coupons, so in both these cases the coupons are for $1.50 off I believe, which would make the before coupon total hit $30 quickly!
