This week is bean week in our house! Except for one night of eating out with my visiting momma, we are going to eat something incorporating beans every day this week!

Breakfasts: Whole Wheat Banana Bread, Toast
Lunches: Leftovers
Snacks: smoothies, fruit, carrot sticks
Dinners:
Monday: Beans and Cornbread a la Pioneer Woman
Tuesday: Out to eat with my mom... to a local "hole in the wall" Indian food rest.
Wednesday: Tacos with Homemade Tortillas!
Thursday: Southwestern Layered Salad
Friday: Whole Wheat Cheese(burger) Pizza Night! (our pretty much every Friday night tradition) with carrot sticks/dip and chickpea brownies (this is the bean part of our meal, obviously;)
Saturday: Hoppin John and Salad (didn't get around to this last week)
Sunday: Hummus, veggies and crackers
