Hello,
I found your blog through Frugal Fridays, and I have enjoyed reading a little about your life. I wanted to ask a question that I hope isn't too personal. My 11 year old daughter has a birthmark, which I assume is what I see on your daughter's forehead (she is adorable, by the way!). When my daughter was a baby/toddler, the doctor said that the thinking at the time was that we should have it removed when she is about 12, because they think it carries a risk of cancer. Well, she will be 12 next month, and it's been on my mind a lot, because I really dread for her to go through that procedure, so much so that I haven't even made an appointment to talk about it yet. I just wondered since your daughter is so much younger what the doctors are saying now. You certainly don't need to respond if I have stepped over the line in asking such a personal question of a stranger. Have a blessed day!
