Menu Plan for the week of 5/24/10

Here's what we'll be eating this week (trying to clean out those pantries since I am leaving in two weeks!):

Breakfasts: M: toast w/ PB T: coffee cake & fruit W: cold cereal Th: French Toast Fri: zucchini muffins Sat: cinnamon rolls Sun: lemon poppyseed muffins & eggs

Lunches/snacks: leftovers, green smoothies, fruit, cereal, granola or trail mix

Dinners:

Monday: BBQ/Picnic at the Hangar with all the JAARS aviation peeps (bringing large pasta salad, condiments, and a lettuce, tomato and onion tray)

Tuesday: Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, Peas, & Oreos (I finally got an idea from my sis-in-law what she might like for a late birthday dinner:)

Wednesday: Meatballs, Saffron Rice, Mixed Veggies from Freezer

Thursday: Spagetti w/leftover meatballs, Garlic Biscuits, Broccoli

Friday: Homemade Easy Pizza and veggie sticks/dip

Saturday: Baked Chimichangas, rice, raw veggie sticks

Sunday: Whole Chicken in the crockpot(didn't do last week), mashed potatoes, broccoli, biscuits (for after church lunch with Daniel's two sisters and Beverly's dude:) Dinner: Maybe pasta Carbonara and broccoli?
