I love reading your menu plans, but they always make me hungry!
I am going to try your baked spaghetti, I have a recipe but I think it could be better.
I made beans and rice for some of my lunches last week and enjoyed that.
One of these weeks I am just going to adopt your menu plan for the week. Your family seems to like the same things we do.
Thanks again, I look forward to it every week!

I have notice since beginning the Menu Plan Mondays that quite a number of us like to have pizza nights on Fridays or Saturdays =) I have not checked to see if all those are just North Americans or not but it sure is an interesting trend.

My hubby would say about the scones - "Just scrape of the burned parts and eat em' up!!"

Jane-I'm so glad you enjoy the menus!
Heather and Elaine-the scones burned, but we scraped the bottoms and ate them anyway!:) I think I need one of those oven thermometers:)
Fat Dietition- I am excited about the curry tonight--I think I'll be making it early and putting it in the crockpot to keep warm when I pick my hubby up from work.
