Menu Plan for the week of April 26th, 2010

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Breakfasts: french toast (you eat lots of bread when its almost free!), cold cereal, fruit, whole grain toast w/ peanut butter, eggs, banana muffins

Lunches/snacks: leftovers, green smoothies, fruit, cereal, yogurt

Dinners:

Monday: White Chicken Chili,(didn't get to this last week) homemade biscuits, steamed carrots

Tuesday: Cabbage Kielbasa Skillet over egg noodles

Wednesday: Fried Rice or meatballs over rice, broccoli

Thursday: Taco Potatoes

Friday: Pizza Bites (from Rachael Ray mag-still need to make this) and veggie sticks/dip

Saturday: Hot Dogs, baked beans, salad or green beans

Sunday: Whole Chicken in the crockpot with carrots, potatoes, onions, rolls

I so need to get back to my menu plan - your's all sounds yummy!

Tonight is Annie's Mac'n'Cheese with leftover ham thrown in and a side salad. Tomorrow will be chicken something with green beans, potatoes, and salad. If I am ambitious enough, I'll make corn and ham chowder for Wednesday. Beyond that I have to take inventory.
