Our pastor had us do a neat exercise today in Sunday School. We spent 5 minutes writing down everything we were thankful for right now. It helped put things into proper perspective:)
It's gonna be a crazy week until Thanksgiving (we found nasty mold in our new shed and we have lots going on) so I am going to focus on easy meals.
Breakfasts:
cold cereal, muffins from a mix, fruit
Lunches:Leftovers
Dinners:
Monday: BBQ baked beans in crockpot with hotdogs, carrot sticks
Tuesday: Salmon Patties, Mashed Potatoes, Peas
Wednesday: Lasagna (got amazing deal on cottage cheese this week), green beans
Thursday: Thanksgiving! Bringing ginormous macaroni salad to our family get-together
Friday: Homemade Pepperoni Pizza or leftovers, depending on where we are-we might head over to my parents'
Saturday: up in the air depending on whether we make the trek over the mountains
