Menu Plan for the Week of July 14th, 2008


Breakfasts: Vegan Pancakes or Toast

Lunches: Leftovers

Snacks: Homemade Granola, bananas, and carrot sticks

Monday: Barley Vegetable Chowder w/toast (recipe from Skinny Vegetarian)

Tuesday: Fractured Tacos w/Salad

Wednesday: Easy Tomato Soup Casserole w/ steamed broccoli

Thursday: Polenta w/ marinara (didn't get to this last week)

Friday: Pizza and raw veggies

Saturday: no cooking...will be visiting w/family

Sunday: no cooking...will be visiting w/family
