Menu Plan for the Week of Sept. 15th, 2008
Breakfasts: Blueberry pancakes, Blackberry "buckle", scrambled eggs,
Lunches: Leftovers
Snacks: fruit, granola bars, yogurt
Dinners:
I had some 24 hour bug last week so we pulled leftovers from the freezer for several nights, thus several nights of holdovers from last week's menu.
Monday: Taco Salad
Tuesday: Cabbage Kielbasa Skillet over brown rice
Wednesday: Broccoli Cheese Bake
Thursday: Vegetable Barley Soup in the crockpot and Cheesy Biscuits (we use whole wheat flour, use less butter on top and cook on the pizza stone...they are sooo good!)
Friday: We usually have Whole Wheat Cheese Pizza! every friday night, but this friday we will be eating with my parents at a friend's cabin
Saturday: at cabin with my family (my parents will be bringing Steak/Salmon to grill and we will be bringing packets of carrots/potato/onion and rolls)
Sunday: Fellowship Group meal together, then TVP stroganoff (we got several cartons of mark-down sour cream at Safeway this week!)

Hi. I found your blog from moneysavingmom.com. I think we live somewhat near each other. I am in Renton. I am just starting to learn the whole "couponing craze" and I enjoy reading your blog. Thought I should tell you that I have been lurking...and enjoying! Keep up the good work.
The vegetable barley soup with the cheesy biscuits sounds sooo good! I love fall and winter just for the fact that I can eat soup. :)
