We stopped somewhat spur of the moment at Safeway on the way home from dropping Daniel off at church for a work "party" today. I remembered my coupon book and ad...yay! We did pretty well considering the marginal planning that went into this trip:)
We spent $20.99 and these will last us for 1 week. We did a two week shopping trip last week, so this is only a supplement.
The great deals pictured here: Loreal Vive Pro Hydra Gloss, 4 bottles for FREE! It was on sale for BOGO and I had a coupon for BOGO. The cashier even checked with a supervisor to see if it was okay and he got the thumbs up! The turkey kielbasa was on mark-down to $1.99 and will go with the cabbage we already have for a cabbage kielbasa skillet that we both love. With all the cheap chips ($0.97 each) we will be having taco salad and possibly taco soup. Hubby also loves these to snack on after work. Grapes were $0.79/lb for two days only, which is a great price! Broccoli heads for $0.99/lb are also a good deal 'round here. The rest of it (whole wheat flour, cornmeal, brown rice and spagetti sauce) was at a decent price for not being on sale often.
