I am on call for jury duty this week, so it may be interesting. But I will be cooking all week, so it will be nice to at least know what we're eating ahead of time so I can be prepared!
Breakfasts: French Toast, Amish Baked Oatmeal X 2, 1/2 whole wheat pancakes X 2, biscuits and yogurt X 1
Lunches: Leftovers
Snacks: yogurt (from the great Albertson's sale!) apples, granola, granola bars
Dinners:
M: Bean Burgers and Home Fries (soaking those beans right now!) and bagged salad mix
Tue: Turkey Tetrazini
Wed: Beef Enchiladas and Spinach with fiesta salad (from bag I got for cheap!)
Th: Fried Rice loaded with veggies
F: Homemade Pizza with bacon and spinach toppings
Sat: Italian Beans and Pasta or Pakistani Kima (depending on mood...these have both been on the menu for previous weeks but haven't made them)
Sun: Egg Salad Sammies and soup from a can (Sundays are busy busy!)
